Before turning to the practice of law, Mr. Musicant earned a Ph.D. in biological psychology, the field that focuses on the study of the interactions
between mind and body. He is on the Executive Board of the Lupus Foundation of America, Connecticut Chapter, Inc., and
a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
While having worked in a variety of legal fields, he now devotes himself exclusively
to the representation of clients who are seeking to be approved for Social Security disability or SSI benefits, or who
have previously been approved and are now threatened with the loss of those benefits.
With an office in southwest Connecticut, he represents clients throughout the
state and in the Greater New York City metropolitan area.
Mr. Musicant is available to speak to, or conduct a workshop for, your group
or department. There is no charge for this service.
If you have specific questions about an actual or potential case, or would like
to set up a speaking engagement, please feel free to contact us by telephone or e-mail.
